Natalie Hickernell

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Natalie is responsible for building all human resources systems, programs, policies, and procedures globally and is charged with attracting and retaining world-class talent to ensure the organization has the right team assembled to achieve its business objectives.

Before joining Reside, Natalie served as a consultant bringing her extensive experience in people ops, business analysis & intelligence to a wide range of industries, including hospitality, healthcare and aerospace logistics. Natalie also spent 19 years with BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, serving in various roles, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

Additionally, Natalie spent several years in property management and six years of experience in restaurant management and training positions in casual and full-service dining. Additionally, she spent 1-year in South Africa studying international affairs. Natalie holds several certifications, including SHRM- SCP.
