We provide comprehensive group medical insurance plan, dental, and vision for full-time employees at no cost to the employee, provided the employee enrolls and participates in the Health and Wellness Program.

We provide a Flex-Plan spending account for non-covered medical expenses and childcare costs. Deductions from employee's pay are on a pre-tax basis.

We provide a 401(k) Plan that consists of a salary-deferral savings plan. We currently have a matching contribution of up to 4%.

Holidays and Universal Leave

Employees enjoy nine paid holidays each year. They also earn 80 hours of UL during the first year of employment and 120 hours of UL after one year of employment.
