Dawn L. Roe
Dawn L. Roe is Vice President Human Resources for RESIDE Worldwide where she supports the engagement, enablement, education, and empowerment of managers and employees.
Ms. Roe has over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, performance management, leadership, coaching, training, and employee development with a variety of global corporations, post-secondary institutions, and government entities. She has worked in a variety of industries including retail, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, consumer packaged goods, enterprise and wireless software, semiconductors, advertising & marketing, consulting, healthcare, and education.
Prior to coming to RESIDE, Ms. Roe was Director of Executive Education at the University of Washington Bothell where she worked with businesses to develop and deliver custom educational programs for their employees and Director of Executive Education for New York University, Abu Dhabi, where she established the Office of Executive Education for the University and developed and delivered education programs for businesses in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
In addition to her regular day job, Ms. Roe spent over fifteen years teaching general business, marketing, communications, and human resource and leadership undergraduate, graduate and extended education courses for U.C. Berkeley Extension, NYU Abu Dhabi and the University of Washington.
Ms. Roe holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. in Marketing, with Distinction, from National University. She is a certified career coach and trainer with Lee Hecht Harrison, a PDI Ninth House 360 degree certified, an Achieve Global certified instructor, and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certified facilitator.
