Account Management

Account Executive

Account Executive role is to develop new business through existing clients, new clients and business partners.

The right person would provide flexibility and outstanding service to the corporate housing team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and self motivated.
Pay Range: DOE, submit salary expectation in cover letter
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional on-call hours

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Identify key decision makers for extended stay business travel needs
-Work with prospective and current clients selling vertically within each industry and business segment
-Network and participate in local professional organizations
-Online Travel Agency (OTA) management of rates, inventory and information
-Work with ABODA by RESIDE sales/marketing team to maintain brand standards and creating of new marketing opportunities locally
-Managing data and trends for reporting purposes
-Manage follow up on all inquiries received through general referrals, cross-selling, and advertisements while managing response time. Managing leads through the process including proper assignment of pending and lost for reporting purposes
-Develop and maintain Embassy relations to drive revenue, reduce accounts receivables, and to create positive relations
-Maintain internal weekly/monthly reporting as required
-Work cooperatively with management team
-Achieve budgeted revenue expectations
-Create and distribute sales materials and presentation collateral

COMPETENCIES

-Knowledge of travel and or relocation industry, current market trends and economic factors
-Extensive skill in development and delivery of sales presentations

-Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively, both verbally and written
-Previous experience using CRM for tracking sales and account activity
-Proven success in a customer focused sales environment
-Previous experience calling on upper management level clients through phone and in-person sales presentations
-Must have prior sales development and/or account management experience; preferably in a B2B environment
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi task
-Must have excellent customer service skills, possess interpersonal and human relation skills and consistently model those behaviors

A 4 year college degree is preferred but not required. CRP, GMS, CCHP certifications a plus.

Hospitality experience is a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
-Sweeps, dusts, mops, scrubs, washes, vacuums, waxes, and polishes building floors, walls, woodwork, windows, furniture, equipment, and hardware.
-Cleans and sanitizes laboratories, washrooms, and bedrooms, keeps washrooms supplied with paper, towels, and soap.
-Collects and disposes of trash and garbage; moves equipment and furniture such as beds, tables, and chairs.
-Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surface floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets.
-Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc.
-Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments.
-Wash accessible interior and exterior windows.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
-Ideal candidate is available to work a flexible schedule that will include early mornings, afternoons and evenings without restrictions on days, holidays and weekends.
-Must have ability to move, lift carry push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
-Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
-Stand or walk for extended period of time.
-Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods.
-Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.

Housekeeper

-Vacuum clean carpets.
-Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
-Empty and clean trash containers.
-Dispose of trash.
-Clean wash toilets, mirrors, tubs, showers, countertops, stoves/ovens, dishes and fridge.
-Make up beds and change linen as required.
-Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES AND ROLES
-Clean and make ready the apartments after a guest has vacated.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Must have strong attention to detail.
-Ability to understand and speak English and have good communication skills.
-Candidate must be able to work occasional holidays and weekends.

Concierge

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
-Assisting guests with luggage/groceries/travel.
-Patrolling the building, monitoring cameras and acting immediately to any fire call that comes through the Simplex system.
-Assisting check-ins with all the knowledge of appliances, locations of services and transportation.
-Answering after hours phone calls, taking information about upcoming reservations or quotes and relaying the information to the on staff member.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES AND ROLES
-Valet parking for VIP.
-Maintain clean entrance and lobby areas.
-Keeping up to date logs on valet parking, activity and packages.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
