Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting
The Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting is responsible for all accounting policies of RESIDE Worldwide and it’s subsidiaries. Additionally, the Director will ensure that all of RESIDE’s reporting requirements are being met on a timely basis and delivered with the highest quality. The Director will draft technical accounting papers related to new and proposed accounting standards, as well as advising on complex accounting transactions, such as purchase accounting, joint venture accounting, and accounting for noncontrolling interests related to RESIDE strategic mission. The Director will also support and assist with the implementation, maintenance and review of internal controls and process automation initiatives. Pay depends on experience.

Essential Functions
-Leads all financial research efforts.
-Analyzes, researches and concludes on new and proposed accounting, reporting and disclosure standards issued by the SEC, FASB and eventual IFRS and prepare memorandums regarding the Company’s position and impact on the Company.
-Writes, implements and ensures effective and practical implementation of corporate policies.
-Coordinates, directs, plans and executes the financial reporting component of the external audit.
-Supports and assists with the initial implementation of internal controls.
-Assists in recruiting, training and evaluating staff.
-Assists in developing and implementing continued training for professional accounting associates.
-Liaises with finance department, internal legal counsel and external independent auditors.

-Leadership experience in organizing, planning and executing projects from conceptualization through implementation across multiple internal and external reporting and organizational lines.
-Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization. Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.
-Proven ability to perform under pressure and stress and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
-Real Estate/REIT or hotel accounting experience preferred.
-Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.

Education & Experience
-Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.
-CPA license
-Seven to ten (7 – 10) years experience in top-tier public accounting firms and/or public company environment.
-Extensive knowledge of SEC Reporting, US GAAP and internal control processes.

Stager Associate/Customer Service (Seasonal)
Location: Woodinville, Washington
Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Are you organized and detail oriented?

Come join our Furnishings team. ABODA has an opening for a Stager Associate.
We are looking for someone who is an upbeat, friendly and motivated person.

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Essential Functions
-Assist Stager Associate and Stagers with Scheduling warehouse appointments, furniture selection and the inputs of rentals into OSCAR.
-Achieve monthly sales goals through staging revenue.
-Responsible for sending/recieving paperwork for the set-up of Staging rental contracts.
-Recieve calls and schedule tasks such as pick-ups, swaps, and billing updates from Stagers.
-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Follow-up regarding any billing issues with Stager accounts.
-Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
-Attend appropriate meetings.

Qualified applicants will have previous administrative experience, computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook, an eye for detail and sense of urgency to complete tasks quickly while maintaining quality, and an ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Quality Assurance Inspector/Field Associate
Location: Woodinville, WA
Competnsation: $17.00/hour

Are you organized, tech savvy, and detail oriented? Do you like to stay busy and be on the move?
Come join our Operations team. ABODA has openings for a Quality Assurance Inspector.
We are looking for upbeat, friendly and motivated people.
The schedules for this position are: Tuesday - Saturday 10:30am-7:00pm Saturday - Wednesday 11:30am-8pm

A typical day may include
-Inspecting corporate housing units
-Ensuring the apartment is ready for our guests
-Setting up/trouble shoot phone/cable/internet services
-Replacing & restocking missing items
-Communicating work orders to dispatch
-Ensuring fleet vans are fully stocked with any necessary items
-Completing daily work orders
-Making minor repairs necessary, assisting guest's move personal belongings

Qualifications include
-Completing tasks quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality
-The ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision
-Experience with maintenance skills a plus
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Warehouse Operator
Location: Woodinville, WA
$16.00 per hour plus benefits

Come join our Warehouse team. ABODA has an opening for a Warehouse Operator.
We are looking for someone who is an upbeat, friendly and motivated person.
Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm


Primary Responsibilites
-To perform a combination of warehouse operational tasks that assist in the efficient receipt, storage, cleaning and inventory of furniture and houseware items.
-Assist with receiving and verifying shipments
-Complete daily processing houseware packs and items.
-Stage houseware orders to be delivered to corporate housing units and rental customers.
-Keeps staging area, common area floors and racks clean and orderly.
-Assist with loading sold items into customer's vehicle.

Additional Responsibilities and Roles
-Make repairs as necessary to meet quality standards.
-Assist the Furniture Movers on the trucks making deliveries/pick ups when needed.
-This position could at times require you to use company vehicle to assist the Field Operations team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
-Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly required.

Truck Driver/Furniture Mover
Location: Woodinville, WA
$18.00 per hour plus benefits

Come join our Warehouse team. ABODA has an opening for a Truck Driver/Furniture Mover.
We are looking for someone who is an upbeat, friendly and motivated person.
Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm


A Typical Day May Include
-Driving a 24' truck
-Setting up new units for guests
-Preparing, picking and delivering furniture and housewares
-Moving and assembling furniture
-Making minor repairs
-Returning furniture to the warehouse
-Loading and unloading furniture
-Cleaning and repacking housewares.

A qualified applicant will have flexibility with regard to work schedule, attention to detail, ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repetitively for 8 hours, and basic maintenance skills. Previous driving and furniture moving experience is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Part-Time Guest Host/Housekeeper
Location: Ft. Irwin, CA

ABODA's On-Base Suites is looking to add a part-time Housekeeper to our Fort Irwin team!
This is a part-time position that is perfect for someone looking to fill anywhere between 4-15 hours per week.

Essential Functions
-Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
-Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and make sure there are no inadequacies
-Unit inspections
-Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
-Report work orders to maintenance
-Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
-Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when approprate
-Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Requirements
-Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
-Customer-oriented and friendly
-Prioritization and time management skills
-Working quickly without comprimising quality
-A smartphone or tablet is required for this position
-Most cleans must be done between the hours of 11am and 4pm.
-Transportation to and from On-Base Suites
-Must live in Fort Irwin

-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
-Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check
-Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly required.
