Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting
The Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting is responsible for all accounting policies of RESIDE Worldwide and it’s subsidiaries. Additionally, the Director will ensure that all of RESIDE’s reporting requirements are being met on a timely basis and delivered with the highest quality. The Director will draft technical accounting papers related to new and proposed accounting standards, as well as advising on complex accounting transactions, such as purchase accounting, joint venture accounting, and accounting for noncontrolling interests related to RESIDE strategic mission. The Director will also support and assist with the implementation, maintenance and review of internal controls and process automation initiatives. Pay depends on experience.

Essential Functions
-Leads all financial research efforts.
-Analyzes, researches and concludes on new and proposed accounting, reporting and disclosure standards issued by the SEC, FASB and eventual IFRS and prepare memorandums regarding the Company’s position and impact on the Company.
-Writes, implements and ensures effective and practical implementation of corporate policies.
-Coordinates, directs, plans and executes the financial reporting component of the external audit.
-Supports and assists with the initial implementation of internal controls.
-Assists in recruiting, training and evaluating staff.
-Assists in developing and implementing continued training for professional accounting associates.
-Liaises with finance department, internal legal counsel and external independent auditors.

-Proven ability to perform under pressure and stress and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
-Real Estate/REIT or hotel accounting experience preferred.
-Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.

Education & Experience
-Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.
-CPA license
-Seven to ten (7 – 10) years experience in top-tier public accounting firms and/or public company environment.
-Extensive knowledge of SEC Reporting, US GAAP and internal control processes.

Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning Tech
This position is located in Woodinville Washington
ABODA is growing and has an immediate opening for 2 full time Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Technicians who are upbeat, friendly and motivated.
$18 per hour plus benefits

A typical day may include:
-Operate truck mounted and portable machines
-Utilize appropriate chemicals and cleaning techniques
-Complete daily schedules
-Maintain vehicle and equipment

Additional Responsibilities:
-May be asked to assist other ABODA Departments

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
-Previous Carpet Cleaning experience preferred
-Flexibility with regard to work schedule(s)
-Must be self motivated and detail oriented
-Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repetitively for 8 hours required
-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
-Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check

Customer Service


Global Housing Associate
ABODA by RESIDE has an opening for a full time Global Housing Associate.
A Global Housing Associate will provide the best customer service in a cooperative manner. Our ultimate goal is our guests’ complete satisfaction; exceeding their expectations while in their home away from home.

Essential Functions:
-Enter leads in CRM in real time as received through the Reservations Inbox
-Source hotels and enter into proposal when applicable
-Add property Profiles to ABODA’s property website
-Obtain lease blurb from Housing Consultant and verify all documents have the following information and all documents match.
o Arrival date/ Departure date
o Rate
o Additional charges (Example: Clean fees/Pet fees)
o Notice to Vacate
-Sign lease and send back to supplier with ABODA’s expectation letter and request move-in instructions:
o Key pick-up instructions
o Unit address/Phone number
o Mailbox location/ Number
o Parking details
o Housekeeping start date and schedule (if applicable)
o After hours emergency phone number
o Community trash instructions
o Internet information including usernames and password for wireless use
o Business center/Fitness center/Pool/Gate codes (if applicable)
-Archive Leases into Supply Chain Lease Docs and add to attached files in OSCAR
-Send blurb to Accounting with invoice attached
-Verify invoices before sending to accounting team for additional charges
-Enter Property and Unit into OSCAR
-Book guests on schedule board
-Send all guest communication; i.e. Confirmation letter, Welcome letter, Mid-stay letter etc…
-Resolve all guest issues start to finish
-Submit Notice to Vacate to providers on appropriate date
o Request confirmation notice was received by provider
o Request move out instructions for property
-Handle extension requests/date changes with provider/hotel (verify if rate changes)
-Update Oscar of any extensions or date changes
o Change financial tab to reflect corrected date
o Create a new note in Notes tab of Oscar stating the new date(s)
o Notify accounting of date changes
o Move notice to vacate
o Adjust housekeeping schedule (if applicable)
-Handle charges/reimbursements with supplier
o Request pictures and/or additional proof of extra charges from provider(NOTE: charges will not be paid if damages are not presented after 72 hours of guest vacating unit)
o Notify Accounting and send invoice if possible to accounting
-Back up Travel Desk with research and booking hotels reservations
-Send third party authorization forms to hotels in a timely manner
-Build and maintain vendor relationships
-Answer Client Services phones
-Primary back Up to Domestic Sales Consultant
-Assist with RFI’s and RFP’s
-Maintain organized clean work environment
-Due to the seasonal/cyclical nature of our business, employees are asked from time to time to help out in other departments and work overtime during various times throughout the year.
-Attend and participate in schedule meetings


Competencies:

Global Housing Consultant
ABODA by Reside has an opening for 2 full-time Global Housing Consultants.
We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

A typical day may include:
-Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
-Ensure each day, all active leads have been followed-up on and moved to the next status in the CRM pipeline
-Take all incoming RI's (reservation inquiries) phone calls, evaluate the customer needs and sell appropriate services including corporate housing, rental furniture, retail furniture, cleaning services and property management
-Research housing options and provide quotes for corporate housing based on a potential guest's needs
-Maintain positive relationships with ABODA's suppliers
-Sign Reservation Agreements with guests/clients
-Track all new customer conversation and transactions through CRM
-Run and ensure completion of Global Audit Report on a daily basis
-Work with Supply Chain Manager to identify client trends and opportunities
-Assist with RFI's and RFP's
-Provide weekly and monthly reporting

Housing Associate
ABODA has an opening for a Customer Service/Housing Associate.
Do you have excellent customer services skills and are you good at problem solving?
We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
The schedules for this position is Thursday - Monday 10:00am-7:00pm.
$18 an hour plus benefits

A typical day may include
-Handling guest issues and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
-Answering guest calls and respond to guest emails and voice mails
-Complete all daily tasks and follow ups as assigned by management.
-Confirm guest departure dates.
-Report and follow up on all guest maintenance requests.
-Email guest reservation information.
-Input guest and client data
-Schedule all tasks in Oscar to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
-Email/Call in work orders to properties and dispatch that come from guests/clients while in housing
-Follow up with guests to update credit card information as needed

-Assist with additional overflow duties or projects

Reservations Manager - Night Shift
The Reservation Manager will build and manage a team of Consultants who process reservation requests for the EMEA and APAC regions, insuring ABODA provides 24/7 global reservation processing. Initially in this start-up phase, this role will function as the Housing Consultant supporting EMEA and APAC region reservation needs. In addition, this role will oversee the team of Guest Services Coordinators and Assistant Manager, who currently provide afterhours in-house guest support to all ABODA by Reside Markets and Global Guests. Pay depends on experience. Position located in Woodinville, WA.

Essential Functions
-Process all reservations for the EMEA and APAC regions in accordance with client Service Level Agreements.
-Provide high touch customer centric service to clients and guests.
-Strong commitment to finding the best solution for the client and guest regardless of the difficulty of the request. Clear understanding that it is our responsibility to always provide a solution for every need.
-Work with ABODA’s network of suppliers to find the best options for the request.
-Understand all reservation systems including CRM, 3Sixty & Oscar and any additional as technology changes warrant.
-Build Property Profiles in CRM, build units in Oscar, set up UDC’s, book reservations in Oscar and set up ledgers.
-Manage all guest extensions in accordance with policy insuring proper financial responsibility is communicated to the responsible party.
-Demonstrate a conversion rate in-line with ABODA Global Consultants.
-Demonstrate a sales culture within the team of Guest Services and Consultants that exemplifies high-touch service and proactive selling.
-Assist with training and implementation for new-client onboarding as requested.
-Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and draft and implement procedures in response.
-Train Guest Service Coordinators on procedures for assisting all guests for markets and global.
-Train Guest Service Coordinators how to process and source for new reservation leads so they can assist with any request and provide coverage for time off without disruption to the business.
-Keep Director of Global Service Center and Supply Chain management updated on difficult placements or supplier issues with urgency.
-Keep Director of Global Service Center and Account Management updated on guest escalations or issues
-Keep Director of Operations & Global Service Center updated on employee or personnel issues.
-Communication department updates as needed insuring all employees are included, accounting for different work day schedules.
-Conduct daily team huddles and in addition, weekly/monthly meetings as needed.
-Monitor the Reservation in-boxes, distribute new leads or process according to Res-Lead distribution policy.
-Work with Director of Global Resource Center to implement new processes.
-Serve as main point of contact for all escalations and document the issue, actions taken and transition the information to the day staff prior the end of your shift to insure continuity.
-Train and enforce safety standards with all Guest Service Coordinators.
-Provide feedback as appropriate through employee review. Interview and hire staff for all Guest Service Coordinator positions.
-Maintain employee files including payroll, benefits and any employee communication
-Provide back-up assistance to Guest Service Coordinators and Assistant Manager.
-Manage Acentis time clock system, approve/deny employee time-off requests, process timesheets according to pay schedule.
-Train Guest Services Coordinators to support all Global, EMEA and APAC guests.
-Work cooperatively with other managers
-Professionally communicate status and planning information to senior management
-Coordinate guest issues with Guest Service Coordinators as required.
-Monitor security system and train new hires on how to use cameras/system on an as needed basis
-Approve staff expense reports
-Approve all purchases made by department.
-Assist in yearly budget and forecasting for departmental expenditures.
-Participate in monthly variance reports outlining key areas within responsibility of payroll, laundry, fleet expenditures and operational expenditures.

Competencies
-Must be able to demonstrate strong high touch customer service experience.
-Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
-Must be able to work in a fast- paced environment and multi task
-Strong computer skills to include MS Windows, Office, and Outlook required.

Education & Experience
-Prior management experience required.

The schedule for this position is Monday, Thursday and Friday 11:00 AM-8:00 PM Saturday and Sunday 8AM-5:00PM.

A typical day may include:
-Printing task schedules and pulling keys for field staff

The schedule for these positions are:
-Tuesday - Saturday 12:00pm - 9:00pm
-Sunday - Thursday 12:00pm - 8:30pm

-Providing clean towels and bed linens for ABODA Corporate Housing.
-Operating commercial size washing and drying machines.
-Maintaining quality standards by checking linens for defects.
-Folding and storing clean linens.
-Packing linens and soaps used for housekeeping.

Laundry Lead
This position is located in Woodinville, Washington.
Come join our Operations team and lead our laundry staff. ABODA has an opening for a full time laundry lead.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
$18 an hour plus benefits

A typical day may include:
-Review projected laundry needs and direct Laundry
-Inventory and restock laundry supplies
-Audit Housekeeping vendor returns
-Inventory and order Laundry Chemicals monthly
-Receive laundry deliveries, update inventory and forward PO to manager for payment
-Monitor and create systems for operational efficiencies
-Training new hire Laundry Attendants on all standards and procedures
-Spot check Laundry Attendants Housekeeping vendor packing on a daily basis
-Clean and maintain laundry area

-Review linens marked for donation prior to disposal
-Operate Washing and Drying Machines

-Ensuring the apartment is ready for our guests
-Setting up/trouble shoot phone/cable/internet services
-Replacing & restocking missing items
-Communicating work orders to dispatch
-Ensuring fleet vans are fully stocked with any necessary items
-Completing daily work orders
-Making minor repairs necessary, assisting guest's move personal belongings

Qualifications include completing tasks quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality, the ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, experience with maintenance skills a plus, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
