Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting
The Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting is responsible for all accounting policies of RESIDE Worldwide and it’s subsidiaries. Additionally, the Director will ensure that all of RESIDE’s reporting requirements are being met on a timely basis and delivered with the highest quality. The Director will draft technical accounting papers related to new and proposed accounting standards, as well as advising on complex accounting transactions, such as purchase accounting, joint venture accounting, and accounting for noncontrolling interests related to RESIDE strategic mission. The Director will also support and assist with the implementation, maintenance and review of internal controls and process automation initiatives. Pay depends on experience.

Essential Functions
-Leads all financial research efforts.
-Analyzes, researches and concludes on new and proposed accounting, reporting and disclosure standards issued by the SEC, FASB and eventual IFRS and prepare memorandums regarding the Company’s position and impact on the Company.
-Writes, implements and ensures effective and practical implementation of corporate policies.
-Coordinates, directs, plans and executes the financial reporting component of the external audit.
-Supports and assists with the initial implementation of internal controls.
-Assists in recruiting, training and evaluating staff.
-Assists in developing and implementing continued training for professional accounting associates.
-Liaises with finance department, internal legal counsel and external independent auditors.

-Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization. Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.
-Proven ability to perform under pressure and stress and to adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements.
-Real Estate/REIT or hotel accounting experience preferred.
-Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.

Education & Experience
-Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.
-CPA license
-Seven to ten (7 – 10) years experience in top-tier public accounting firms and/or public company environment.
-Extensive knowledge of SEC Reporting, US GAAP and internal control processes.

This position is located in Woodinville Washington
ABODA is growing and has an immediate opening for a full time Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Technician who is upbeat, friendly and motivated.
$18 per hour plus benefits

A typical day may include:
-Operate truck mounted and portable machines
-Utilize appropriate chemicals and cleaning techniques
-Complete daily schedules
-Maintain vehicle and equipment

Additional Responsibilities:
-May be asked to assist other ABODA Departments

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
-Previous Carpet Cleaning experience preferred
-Flexibility with regard to work schedule(s)

Housing Consultant
ABODA by RESIDE has an opening for a full-time Housing Consultant in our DC Market.

Location: DC/Arlington area
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:30pm
Compensation: DOE, plus benefits We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

The Housing Consultant position will generate revenue from incoming customer inquiries through the sale of all ABODA then providing the best customer service in a cooperative manner. Our ultimate goal is our guests’ complete satisfaction; exceeding their expectations while in their home away from home.

A typical day may include:
-Achieve monthly and annual sales goals
-Ensure each day, all active leads have been followed-up on and moved to the next status in the CRM pipeline
-Take all incoming RI’s (reservation inquiries) phone calls, evaluate the customer needs and sell appropriate services.
-Research and source housing options and provide quotes for corporate housing based on a potential guest needs
-Maintain positive relationships with ABODA’s suppliers
-Network and build relationships with apartment communities in the core market
-Maintain knowledge of real-time availability with suppliers and apartment communities in the market
-Promote ABODA’s availability through distribution channels, as appropriate
-Sign Reservation Agreements with guests/clients
-Track all new customer conversation and transactions through CRM
-Tour available inventory with prospective guests
-Work with Supply Chain Manager to identify client trends and opportunities
-Assist with RFI’s and RFP’s
-Provide weekly and monthly reporting
-Maintain and build client relationships
-After hours on call – weekly rotation
-Maintain organized clean work environment
-Due to the seasonal/cyclical nature of our business, employees are asked from time to time to help out in other departments at various times throughout the year.
-Attend and participate in schedule meetings

We have a full time opening for a Sales Manager for our DC area market.
The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing those prospects into actual clients and maintaining client relations at the highest levels. The position requires a self-motivating individual who can convey an image of confidence in themselves, value in our company, and leadership to others.
Essential Functions
-Identify key decision makers for corporate housing, extended stay business travel with in DC Metro Region
-Work with prospective and current clients selling vertically within each industry and business segment to identify additional business opportunities within their companies
-Network and participate in local professional organizations within key industries specific to the assigned territory. Familiarity with organizations such as ERC, SHRM and NDTA plus others is required
-Complete and oversee all RFP/RFI requests on an as needed basis. Assist Global Team in RPP/RFI’s as needed.
-Generate leads through cold calling on the telephone, person-to-person meetings and networking with prospective and actual clients
-Follow up on all leads received through general referrals, cross-selling, advertisements and inquiries
-Achieve budgeted revenue expectations
-Enhance relationships with key accounts
-Meet a minimum number of no less than 50 prospect calls and 5 appointments per week (this number will be adjusted either up or down based upon account planning)
-Development of ongoing sales plans for key accounts
-Drive incremental sales within client base
-Produce monthly client reporting and quarterly and annual business reviews
-Travel regularly to client facilities
-Assist sales efforts including sales presentations
-Maintain internal weekly/monthly reporting as required
-Maintain accurate and timely expense reports.
-Create and distribute sales materials and presentation collateral as appropriate for each appointment
-Tour prospective key decision makers through apartment communities as necessary
-Work in tandem with the global sales team in general sales activities, including trade shows, advertising, public relations and others as directed
-Work collaboratively with business lines for quotes as appropriate
-Document all sales activity through ABODA CRM
-Attend, participate and/or plan scheduled meetings as appropriate
-Work cooperatively with management team to ensure interdepartmental communication and relationships

-Must have excellent customer service skills, possess interpersonal and human relation skills and consistently model those behaviors

Education & Experience
-4-year college degree preferred
-CRP, GMS, CCHP certifications a plus

Laundry Attendant
This position is located in Woodinville, Washington.
Come join our Operations team. ABODA has an opening for a full time laundry attendant.
The schedules for this position are:
Sunday - Thursday 12:00pm - 8:30pm
Thursday - Monday 9:00am - 6:00pm.
$13 an hour plus benefits

A typical day may include:
-Providing clean towels and bed linens for ABODA Corporate Housing.
-Operating commercial size washing and drying machines.
-Maintaining quality standards by checking linens for defects.
-Folding and storing clean linens.
-Packing linens and soaps used for housekeeping.

A successful applicant must be highly detailed, flexible, and self-motivated. Must have the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and have the ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision at times.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
-Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Must be able to pass a drug test
-Must be able to pass background check

-Ensuring the apartment is ready for our guests
-Setting up/trouble shoot phone/cable/internet services
-Replacing & restocking missing items
-Communicating work orders to dispatch
-Ensuring fleet vans are fully stocked with any necessary items
-Completing daily work orders
-Making minor repairs necessary, assisting guest's move personal belongings

Qualifications include completing tasks quickly yet efficiently while maintaining quality, the ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, experience with maintenance skills a plus, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

We are looking for someone who is an upbeat, friendly and motivated person.
Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
$18.00 per hour plus benefits

A Typical Day May Include
-Driving a 24' truck
-Setting up new units for guests
-Preparing, picking and delivering furniture and housewares
-Moving and assembling furniture
-Making minor repairs
-Returning furniture to the warehouse
-Loading and unloading furniture
-Cleaning and repacking housewares.

A qualified applicant will have flexibility with regard to work schedule, attention to detail, ability to lift and carry 50 lbs repetitively for 8 hours, and basic maintenance skills. Previous driving and furniture moving experience is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
