Director of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting
The Director of Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting is responsible for all accounting policies of RESIDE Worldwide and it’s subsidiaries. Additionally, the Director will ensure that all of RESIDE’s reporting requirements are being met on a timely basis and delivered with the highest quality. The Director will draft technical accounting papers related to new and proposed accounting standards, as well as advising on complex accounting transactions, such as purchase accounting, joint venture accounting, and accounting for noncontrolling interests related to RESIDE strategic mission. The Director will also support and assist with the implementation, maintenance and review of internal controls and process automation initiatives. Pay depends on experience.

Essential Functions
-Leads all financial research efforts.
-Analyzes, researches and concludes on new and proposed accounting, reporting and disclosure standards issued by the SEC, FASB and eventual IFRS and prepare memorandums regarding the Company’s position and impact on the Company.
-Writes, implements and ensures effective and practical implementation of corporate policies.
-Coordinates, directs, plans and executes the financial reporting component of the external audit.
-Supports and assists with the initial implementation of internal controls.
-Assists in recruiting, training and evaluating staff.
-Assists in developing and implementing continued training for professional accounting associates.
-Liaises with finance department, internal legal counsel and external independent auditors.

-Real Estate/REIT or hotel accounting experience preferred.
-Experience with financial and accounting reporting systems.

Education & Experience
-Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required.
-CPA license
-Seven to ten (7 – 10) years experience in top-tier public accounting firms and/or public company environment.
-Extensive knowledge of SEC Reporting, US GAAP and internal control processes.

Stager Associate/Customer Service (Seasonal)
Location: Woodinville, Washington
Compensation: $16.00 per hour

We are looking for someone who is an upbeat, friendly and motivated person.

The schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Essential Functions
-Assist Stager Associate and Stagers with Scheduling warehouse appointments, furniture selection and the inputs of rentals into OSCAR.
-Achieve monthly sales goals through staging revenue.
-Responsible for sending/recieving paperwork for the set-up of Staging rental contracts.
-Recieve calls and schedule tasks such as pick-ups, swaps, and billing updates from Stagers.
-Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
-Follow-up regarding any billing issues with Stager accounts.
-Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
-Attend appropriate meetings.

Qualified applicants will have previous administrative experience, computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook, an eye for detail and sense of urgency to complete tasks quickly while maintaining quality, and an ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Director of IT and Development

We have a full time opening for a Director of IT and Development at ABODA by RESIDE.

The Director of IT and Development will support corporate IT development directives to design, build and extend RESIDE technology solutions as well as manage day to day IT team.

Essential Functions
•Contribute to design and development efforts to customize and extend applications utilizing technologies such as .net, SQL server, Dynamics 365, javascript, Liquid, HTML / CSS, and various integration technologies and APIs
•Translate requirements into build components and development tasks and execute on these tasks
•Full Stack Developer capabilities.
•Work closely with functional team members as well as business and technical stakeholders to establish a cohesive partnerships and strong alignment with Partner and End User needs
•Stay up-to-date and certified with the latest Dynamics 365 (CRM) releases and related technologies
•Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and consistency across all members of the development team
•Lead and mentor less experienced developers and partner with other experienced developers and functional counterparts.
•Work with project leads to streamline processes and lead by example to create and follow processes where process is necessary.
•Lead efforts to ensure quality technical documentation / documented code is produced by all team members

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the IT team. This is a supervisor position that will be required to oversee all projects by team member, lead and prioritize work efforts, complete employee evaluations and mentor and develop the team.

RESIDE Worldwide is an industry leader in the alternative-accommodations industry, designed to blur the lines between hotels and apartments.

Our growing organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated accounting manager for our accounting team.

The accounting team’s main responsibilities include: Accounting for RESIDE Worldwide and Subsidiaries consolidated business units, accounting services for business partners, and assisting our finance and operations business partners. This position plays a key leadership role in the Finance Team and is responsible for overseeing the accounting activities necessary to produce accurate and timely financial statements and related analysis for the business, to support our internal and external financial reporting requirements. A successful candidate for this role will have demonstrated advancement within an accounting organization and seek further advancement opportunities for themselves, have successfully managed core accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll, as well as previous experience in managing and developing a team.

Customer Service

Guest Services Coordinator
ABODA has an opening for a Guest Services Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who is organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

$18.00 per hour plus shift differential

The schedule will be Thursday – Monday: 9:00pm-6:00am.

A typical day may include
-Respond to guest phone calls and emails, and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
-Answer guest calls and respond to guest emails and voice mails within required response time
-Complete all daily tasks and follow ups as assigned by management
-Complete all night audit reports and communicate errors to consultants and manager
-Email guest reservation information
-Enter guest and client data into CRM when assigned
-Schedule all tasks in Oscar to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
-Email/Call in maintenance requests to properties and/or dispatch
-Trouble shoot internet/cable issues with guest over the phone
-Record all calls and guest issues in guest call log and notify appropriate personnel as directed by management.
-Notify management immediately regarding any escalation according to the escalation response and process flow.
-Inspect corporate housing unit using the QA checklist to ensure the apartment is guest ready
-Replace or restock any missing or damaged/consumed items in the apartments
-Make minor repairs in the apartments necessary to meet quality standards
-Inspect each suite between guests for pests
-Fill out in field forms and communicate to dispatch any work orders needed
-Restock van with necessary items
-Set up/trouble shoot the internet/cable/phone in the apartment as needed
-Deliver and install modems, assemble key packets in the field when needed
-Perform guest meet and greets on an as needed basis
-Assist guest with moving personal belongings as needed
-Deliver items to guest’s apartment as scheduled and/or needed requested
-Prepare key packets for guests
-Process key returns
-Prepare key tags and cut copies of keys
-Manage key inventory for corporate housing units
-Securing and scheduling pickup of replacement keys/access items through leasing
-Preparing all keys/access items for unit close-outs, and coordination with wholesale providers and leasing
-Following up on missing items through Client Services and key pickup locations
-Sign out keys to various employees, and signing in once returned
-Print schedules and pull keys/access items for Field Associates, ABODA Furnishings, ABODA Cleaning Services vendors, and Carpet Cleaning
-Signing out correct keys/access items and signing in upon return
-Follow up with each department on unreturned items
-Ensuring HK has keys correctly pulled and placed in lockers each morning
-Assist in laundry and in building guest welcome bags as assigned

-Setting up/trouble shoot phone/cable/internet services
-Replacing & restocking missing items
-Communicating work orders to dispatch
-Ensuring fleet vans are fully stocked with any necessary items
-Completing daily work orders
-Making minor repairs necessary, assisting guest's move personal belongings

Qualifications include

Location: Woodinville, WA
$18.00 per hour plus benefits

A Typical Day May Include
-Driving a 24' truck

Primary Responsibilities
-To perform a combination of warehouse operational tasks that assist in the efficient receipt, storage, cleaning and inventory of furniture and houseware items.

-Complete daily processing houseware packs and items.
-Stage houseware orders to be delivered to corporate housing units and rental customers.
-Keeps staging area, common area floors and racks clean and orderly.
-Assist with loading sold items into customer's vehicle.
Additional Responsibilities and Roles
-Make repairs as necessary to meet quality standards.
-Assist the Furniture Movers on the trucks making deliveries/pick ups when needed.
-This position could at times require you to use company vehicle to assist the Field Operations team.
